Hello everybody. I know this place is just for special people so I wanted to say hello first.

I have had different treatments for Lyme Disease during this past 12 years. Some have been very effective and other were not for me. Most of this time I had to research to help myself, and I was lucky to find some few Doctors out of state who were willing to help me to recover. You all have read about the Colombian Doctor Jorge Enrique Quintero Perdomo who introduced me to Ivermectin in 2008. I have passed his very valuable information to everyone I can when I speak with them, by messages, through this Vlog, by Facebook and Youtube. But Dr. Q. is in another country and it has been hard to get tested and to get medicines in the US. Last year I went to see Angela Myers, a Nurse Practitioner in Tallahassee who not only is very knowledgeable, but who is a very compassionate human being. But, again, she is very far and this makes treatment and follow up appointments very difficult for me. I know she cares and that gives me relief.

Please note that I am not complaining here, only stating that not having a permanent Doctor has not been that easy, but I always say: “From the Thorn the Rose,” and I have learned to see the good, hiding behind the bad. So, not having a Doctor, was what made me research and learn; and because of this, I have been able to share what I learn with many people who also needed a light in the middle of this very muddy difficult road. Remember I am a Social Communicator and Journalist, so my call is to share information and being able to do it, in the middle of being almost disabled, and even before I was so neurological that I lost the ability to talk or read in English… so now I feel very lucky to regain some strength and to continue researching and sharing.

So, ten years ago I was lucky my husband bought me a little camera and since then I have interviewed many Doctors who are “Lyme Literate” specialists. My interviews since the beginning were amazing because I had researched all these Doctors, so I had a previous preparation that helped me to ask questions knowing who they were, or what protocols they used. I remember the first time when I interviewed many doctors during a conference in Tampa in 2012, and my friend Dottie, who unfortunately passed from lung cancer, told me that she was surprised I had all the information from these doctors in the top of my head. I laughed and said: “those are the things that I have gained after not having a doctor to treat me”.

But of course it’s not always pretty roses. There have been times where I felt very alone and abandoned from the medical field, especially when I had horrible scary symptoms. Other times have been when I go to a conference, or when I interview some of these specialists, seeing that none of them cared for me. Last month was no different, so I had this weird feeling while I entered the very fancy hotel in Orlando where Ilads was doing their “Annual Scientific Conference and the Vector-borne illness Fundamentals” – this means specialized in Lyme Disease and the different infections that arise after the tick bite-. So many Doctors, I thought, when I was looking around to find Dr. Armin Schwarzbach who accepted to give me an interview … and so many products to treat… was another of my thoughts, while looking to all of those booths filled with so many products, information and new technology… then I thought: and how can I help myself alone, again after so many years battling Lyme Disease, but feeling so much worse after that second bite in 2019 when we went to see a venue for our daughter’s wedding… I said mentally: So God how do you expect me to treat myself without a Doctor and without medicines that require a Doctor prescription? … my thoughts were stopped when I found the affable German Doctor who received me with a huge smile. At least I am going to get a great Laboratory Doctor to give us an interview, so we can learn about proper testing so we can get a proper diagnose. Then, after the brief greeting I went outside to get my husband who was parking the car. On our way back I saw a familiar face, a woman who was also going to enter to the hotel where the conference was being held. This woman kept staring at us with a huge smile and I immediately recognized her. I said: hello, are you Shirley Hartman right? She said yes I am. So I told her we interviewed her 10 years ago during the Lyme Disease Conference held in Tampa, Florida. So after a short chat I asked her if she had some time during the day and if she agreed, we would love to interview her, again. She said yes, and she left with that sweet smile that characterizes her. This made us very happy, and we ran inside to meet Dr. Schwarzbach. The interview with the German laboratorist Doctor, (we call him Dr. Armin), went really well, except that there was a music coming form the system of the hotel that was affecting the audio. Dr. Armin then needed to take a break to go to the conference for half an hour, so we told him we were going to look for a more silent place to complete the interview. As we were moving I saw Dr. Shirley Hartman again. I thought: what is she doing at this side of the hotel, separated from the big group of Doctors and Conference assistants? I said hi to her, and told her we were moving to the other side of the hotel because the music here was very loud for the interviews. I remember saying something like: if at any time you have a little time for us, we are going to be at the end of that humongous hallway, we’ll wait for you. So I ran back to my husband and I was abstracted while setting up the camera, thinking about the interview we just did, and when I looked up I saw Dr. Hartman smiling and sitting in front of me, getting ready for her interview. Perfect timing, I thought. So I told her I wanted to make sure I had the camera and the phone recording, and then I only had time to say: relax, if there are mistakes I edit them no worries … and before I could do the first question Dr Hartman was already introducing herself and then she said:

“So, one of the things I would like to talk about is a protocol to treat Lyme and Co-infections that anyone could do, without having had a prescription or a doctor. Because a lot of people with Lyme are so ill that they can’t really function and produce enough income, they might not have health insurance and this is an inexpensive protocol that anyone and everyone can do…” … no words… HE RESPONDED! All I could think of, while she was talking and explaining, was thank you, thank youuu thank youuuuuuuuuu.

Then, after a couple of questions and Dr. Hartman giving all this amazing regimen we had a short conversation. I asked her if she remembered me from 10 years ago. I introduced her to Ivermectin and gave her some of my antiparasitic medicines brought from Colombia, South America, for her to learn about them. Then I told her that I had been treating myself during these tens years, almost without having a Doctor, and do you want to know what she responded??? She said: “GOOD FOR YOUUU” … whaaaat? Maybe I expected something like you need a Doctor or go to my office, you cannot be without a physicians advise… but “good for you?” This really turned my thinking around. This meant that it was ok to look for answers and for treatments, after so many Doctors in Orlando didn’t care to treat me. Dr Hartman not only gave me, gave us, a protocol to treat without a Doctor, but she valued my effort to recover and she was responding my question to God for “not having a Doctor”. Dr. Hartman made me think that instead of feeling like abandoned I needed to feel empowered, strong and to continue researching and trying to recover.

I was amazed by her response and I was more amazed when she told me her story defeating pancreatic cancer…. this was big! Yes she had chemo, yes she had surgery, but she took the right supplements, she had the mind set in the position of defeating the disease by making herself strong enough, and she did it!!!!! Dr. Hartman was not “preaching” nice words, she was showing me, us, with her example, how to tackle a disease, what to do, how to think. Then I asked Dr. Hartman to give us a message for the patients who are desperate, who cannot find help or recovery and her message brought me to tears. God was responding through this compassionate Doctor, who was also a brave survivor and someone who could deeply relate and understand. Dr. Hartman without knowing also gave me answers for my problem with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, that makes me dizzy after I lean to the floor to pick up something or sometimes when I just barely move); she spoke about various medicines and how to use them to treat Lyme, and she even spoke about Methylene blue which I was trying to find and didn’t know where to get it.

All I can say is that you don’t need to be religious to hear God’s answers, and that if you are opened to listen the answers they will come much faster and even when you least expect them.

I divided the interview with Dr Hartman in 4 pieces, and will post them here once they’re all published in Youtube first, because this site is already full I can only bring here the link, not the video interview.

So, to start the videos I am bringing here the part 1, called “How To Treat Lyme Disease Without a Doctor”. Yes, at the end of the video she mentions a couple of medicines that require a Doctor prescription, but those are not exactly part of the protocol. She mentions them in case someone needs them they can research about them and talk to the doctor about them. Let me clear that Dr. Hartman and us have no economical relationship, nor we make any money with those supplements or medicines she mentions. This is made with the only purpose to help people who need it. Also, it is necessary to say that this video and the information that comes from it is Copy Right and cannot be reproduced, printed nor used or published without the Dr authorization, or ours for the video part.

So here’s the first part of the interview. (Please remember to “SUBSCRIBE” so you can get notifications when we publish more videos; and give the video a “LIKE” so we can make Youtube to offer mi videos to those who are searching trying to get help. I don’t make money of this, so this is the only help I am asking for). You can always come back and give me a comment here. Hoping to be of any help, with my heart.

Yes, Dr Hartman has the knowledge with tons of experience that makes her an expert in this extensive topic of Lyme Disease, and she also has the Heart to share with “everyone and anyone” who might need it.

Part 2 will be shared only privately because she mentions a medicine that seems to be banned so we will keep it private for now.

So, here is the part 3 of the interview. Dr. Hartman responded to my question, if she would give a message to those who are desperate, not seeing the light in the middle of such disease.
Dr. Hartman responded with her heart full of compassion. Note that I am not
with the intention of promoting the doctor nor any of the supplements she might
mention. This comes from my heart, hoping to help others who could be as
desperate as I was when I couldn’t find answers nor help. Remember to give the
video a “LIKE” in Youtube, and you can subscribe to this Vlog and to the Youtube channel,

so we can keep in touch. We are making it, little by little we are!! God is BIG!
